Each installation is approved by the consent authority for its site and held on that authority's public register, indexed to the land, so a financier verifies it by property search. In NSW the pathway is development consent with Construction and Occupation Certificates, or consent where required plus a section 68 manufactured-home approval with engineer's certification, compliance plates and a council completion certificate.
The S70 and K70 structural frames are certified by an independent Australian registered engineer to AS/NZS 1170 and AS 4100 for a stated wind region: S70 Region B, K70 cyclonic Region C. Modules installed under the section 68 pathway carry a compliance plate with the unit's identification number and design wind speed. The cabin identification number is the identifier on the contract and any PPSR registration. Certificates (frame only) via the project approval process.
Every cabin sold is registered under its cabin identification number; the Care record will carry it from factory quality assurance through installation, handover and each change of owner. Scheduled inspections, six-monthly coastal and annual inland, will be recorded with time-stamped photographic evidence and verified by Aluxria before they count: has the maintenance been done. Today: an internal register and a document folder per cabin.

Every Aluxria cabin is manufactured to comply with the National Construction Code as a Class 1a dwelling, structurally certified by an independent registered engineer for its wind region, and approved by the consent authority for its site. Aluxria Care sits on top of these instruments; it does not substitute for them.

The record belongs to the cabin. On sale the previous owner's access and personal details are withheld, the new owner is verified and the technical history transfers. Lenders and insurers: read-only, scoped access with the owner's consent.
An independent Standards Board to own the schedule, evidence standard and any Care Score methodology is designed; no formation date is set.
Current standard agreements: seven-year structural warranty on frame, roof, walls and primary waterproofing. Each cabin's terms are those of its executed agreement. Consumer guarantees and statutory warranties are unaffected; disputes are decided by people, not automatically.
